1. Digital Product Notice
Monk Mode Mac is a digital software license delivered immediately after purchase. Because access is granted at delivery, we do not provide a trial-based, satisfaction-based, or time-window refund guarantee.
2. Final Sale Policy
All purchases are final and non-refundable unless mandatory consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires a different result.
3. Legally Required Exceptions
Where applicable law grants a mandatory refund right that cannot be waived, we will honor that requirement. You may be asked to provide purchase details and legal basis for the request.
4. Discretionary Exceptions
Any refund, credit, or goodwill exception outside legal requirements is fully discretionary and may be granted or denied for any lawful reason.
5. Payment Disputes and Abuse
Fraud, abusive dispute activity, chargeback abuse, or misrepresentation of purchase facts may result in denial of requests and suspension of related support or license access where permitted by law.
