Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using Monk Mode Mac, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the software.

2. Eligibility and Authority

You represent that you have legal capacity to enter a binding agreement and, if you use Monk Mode Mac on behalf of an organization, that you are authorized to bind that organization.

3. License Grant and Ownership

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Monk Mode Mac for personal or internal business productivity use.

The software is licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights remain with Monk Mode Mac and its licensors.

4. Restrictions on Use

You agree not to, and not to help others:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code except where law expressly allows it.
• Bypass technical protections, licensing controls, or security safeguards.
• Redistribute, sublicense, resell, lease, lend, or commercially exploit access without written permission.
• Use the software for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, chargeback manipulation, or interference with other systems.
• Misrepresent purchase ownership, payment status, or entitlement to support or license rights.

5. Pricing, Billing, and Taxes

• Monk Mode Mac is offered as a one-time purchase digital software license.
• Applicable taxes, currency conversion, and processor fees may be added at checkout.
• Payments are processed by third-party providers; you authorize them to process your transaction.

7. Updates, Changes, and Availability

We may release updates, patches, feature modifications, and compatibility changes at any time. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue features, integrations, or portions of the software without liability.

8. System Requirements and Permissions

• You are responsible for maintaining compatible hardware, software, and operating system versions.
• Certain features require system-level permissions (for example, Automation permissions for supported browsers).
• If required permissions are not granted, some features may not function.

9. Third-Party Services

Monk Mode Mac may rely on third-party services, including payment processors. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or performance of third-party services.

10. Support

Support is provided on a reasonable-effort basis through official channels. We do not provide guaranteed response times, guaranteed resolutions, or service-level commitments unless separately agreed in writing.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Monk Mode Mac is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monk Mode Mac and its operators, owners, affiliates, licensors, employees, contractors, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, productivity, business opportunity, goodwill, or service interruption.

To the extent liability cannot be fully disclaimed, total liability for any claim related to Monk Mode Mac is limited to the amount you paid for the software license giving rise to that claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Monk Mode Mac and its operators, owners, affiliates, licensors, employees, contractors, and agents from and against claims, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to your misuse of the software, violation of these Terms, or violation of applicable law.

14. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access, licenses, or support where we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, unlawful use, abuse, fraud, security risk, or payment dispute misconduct. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where the operator of Monk Mode Mac is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that disputes will be resolved in the courts located in that jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

16. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. The most current version will be posted with an updated effective date. Continued use after updates are posted means you accept the revised Terms.

17. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and Monk Mode Mac regarding use of the software.
